Once that issue is found the technician will provide the customer with a quote for a repair. The customer has a choice to repair it or not. The quote will be good for 20 days. There is no obligation to pay any repair bill unless the customer wants to get it fixed. Once the repair has been made and the system is back in working order. The customer has 30 day warranty for labor and a part manufacture warranty usually one year. We will also give quote on repairs that you have already been given by a different contractor.
